Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled by Dawai On Time.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been accepted, packed, dispatched, or delivered.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Dawai On Time may also cancel an order due to product unavailability, prescription requirements, payment issues, an incorrect address, service-area restrictions, or other operational reasons.

Medicines and Healthcare Products

For health, safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, medicines and certain healthcare products may not be eligible for return after delivery.

A product may not be returned if:

  • Its packaging has been opened or damaged

  • It has been used or tampered with

  • It requires temperature-controlled storage

  • It is prescription-based

  • Its storage conditions cannot be verified

  • It is no longer safe or suitable for resale

  • Its return is restricted by applicable laws or pharmacy regulations

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved when:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • A paid product was missing from the order

  • The product was damaged before delivery

  • The order was cancelled before processing

  • Payment was deducted, but the order was not successfully created

  • The pharmacy or store could not fulfil the order

  • The order was cancelled by Dawai On Time after payment

Refund requests may require photographs, videos, payment records, or other supporting evidence.

Non-Refundable Cases

A refund may be refused when:

  • The customer provided an incorrect address or contact number

  • The customer was unavailable to receive the order

  • The product was opened, used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery

  • The product was stored incorrectly after delivery

  • The product is restricted from return for safety, hygiene, prescription, storage, or legal reasons

  • The issue was not reported within a reasonable review period

  • The customer changed their mind after the order was processed or delivered

  • The provided prescription or order information was incorrect or invalid

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be issued through:

  • The original payment method

  • An app wallet or account balance

  • Bank transfer

  • Another available refund method

The available refund method may depend on how the original payment was made and the payment provider’s policies.

Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, bank, wallet provider, payment gateway, and internal review process.

After Dawai On Time approves a refund, additional processing time may be required by the relevant bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use the support or refund option available in the app, or contact us with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Registered phone number or email address

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Photos, videos, or other supporting evidence, where applicable

  • Payment details, where required for verification

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed according to this policy and applicable laws.
